The friendly staff, especially Mr Ahmed and Mr Rami, truly made our family feel at home. The spacious triple room offered comfortable sleeping arrangements and a lovely view from the window while we enjoyed breakfast served in our room.

Great spot but needs soundproofing!
We had a 2-night stay in a deluxe double room. The interior was really fabulous, but the noise from a nearby DJ kept us up all night. It felt like the party was right in our room! The staff were super friendly and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. Just wish we could've slept better.

The Standard Triple Room was comfy with a window. It had enough space for my family and was clean. The atmosphere felt welcoming, thanks to friendly staff, especially Mr Ahmed and the others. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the service was quick during check-in and check-out.

I stayed 6 nights in a Standard Double Room , and I gotta say the staff were excellent! They really went above and beyond, I mean, Ahmed got my laundry cleaned like it was his own, and the lady at the breakfast bar knew my name by day 2.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but you get what you pay for, I guess.

Location near bustling Cairo offers a vibrant atmosphere. Rooftop views could be a highlight, though not up to standard due to surrounding structures.
The hotel’s age shows. cleanliness of fixtures and countertops needs addressing since daily upkeep misses those. Rooms seem shabby. floors weren't pristine. TV froze on Animal Planet for days, and WiFi barely worked upstairs. Additionally, breakfast timing is confusing, advertised at 6:00 am but starts at 8:00 am, with a poor selection of hot food available. It’s inconvenient for anyone needing quick service in the morning. Also felt the constant trumpet noise from the elevator was more annoying than charming. Overall, not ideal for those expecting a polished environment.

I had an amazing experience during my six-night stay. The breakfast was incredible, with a plethora of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. The vibe from the rooftop dining area was so relaxing, and I loved being greeted by the warm Egyptian decor as soon as I walked in. However, the bathroom definitely needed a makeover, especially the old bathtub. I would absolutely stay here again!

comfortable stay with room for improvement
The staff at check-in were friendly and offered great assistance during our arrival. The Deluxe Double Room had a lovely garden view that added to our experience. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the room, which provided a comfortable atmosphere for our two-night stay.
However, the bathroom facilities were not as modern as expected.

It was a culinary dream, fresh and flaky—perfect for those sweet tooth cravings. Also, breakfast was a solid win, with plenty of good choices and the restaurant/bar on the 9th floor had fab staff and vibes.
Now, on the flip side, while the hotel looked fab, it’s a rough ride for those with disabilities. The rooftop view? Not so stunning, and the rooms could definitely use a deep clean. Plus, if you think breakfast starts at 6 AM, you might be waiting a bit!

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff
I had an incredible experience during my six-night stay. The staff were truly exceptional, especially Ahmed, who was both professional and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room had a charming ambiance, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options that were well-prepared. However, the Wi-Fi connection could have been more reliable, as it was somewhat inconsistent at times.
